I'm really enjoying my new Kia K4! Sam Ahmed was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and welcoming, answered my many questions, scheduled a test drive that fit with my own schedule, and made the negotiation process straightforward. He also followed up with me the week after I got the car to make sure that I was enjoying it. Excellent customer service from Sam! I also had a phone call with Chris, the sales manager, about a minor issue, and he resolved it to my satisfaction, so thank you to Chris as well! I should also mention that after signing the purchase agreement, I then had a meeting with the business manager to discuss their rust protection plan, paint protection plan and extended warranty. That meeting was the one part of the process I did not enjoy: I found that he was pushy in trying to get me to sign up for those plans, he challenged me on simple statements that I made, and he tried to keep me in the room when I expressed a desire to leave and take some time to think about it and discuss it with friends. In the end, I declined those plans, and I'm happy with that decision. The advice I would give anyone (and which I would've wanted to hear at the time) is not to hesitate in insisting to leave and take the time to think about those plans. -- I should add that I later had other interactions with the business manager related to the actual purchase of the vehicle, and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with in those interactions, including scheduling a different pickup time for my new car that was a better fit for me. Those other interactions were absolutely fine. Still, I am leaving five stars for this review, because Sam Ahmed deserves the full five stars. Thank you again, Sam!
