One thing I appreciate about him is unwavering commitment throughout this process and after the sales. After our first session, I even mentioned, if I am purchasing a car that must be from Kia on Hunt club. However, I gave this 4 star because of a terrible experience I encountered while closing the deal with the sales manager Mr.Imad Moustapha. Just a telephone conversation I had with him for 5 minutes almost made me to close this order. But, that was the point again Reza rushed in along with Mr.Tony Chalhoub on side. Tony provided me the right guidance and support to close this deal successfully. Overall I had a good business with Kia on Hunt club. If you are looking for a best car deal in Ottawa I highly recommend this place.
