I came into the shop to fix my steering wheel's clunkiness and play while turning. At first, the technician suggested that the issue was the intermediate axle, so we went ahead and start replacing it. After service, issue persisted. Frustrated, I drove back to get it reassessed. The technician said that the steering column needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered oversea which can take several weeks and cost almost 3 grands. The service manager was looking for an alternative part because of the cost and the wait. The team finally did after a week and we scheduled a service appointment free of charge! Even though it takes a bit of time to address the issue, Kia has great customer service.

Leased a 2027 Kia Carnival from Kia on Hunt. Both Estevan and Nima were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Negotiation process was fair and the communication throughout the process of first walking in to pick up to leaving the dealership was great. Both Estevan and Nima were super friendly and although it was Estevan who I worked with on the lease for the vehicle, it was Nima who was there when I picked it up and the process of picking up the vehicle was great. I previously leased a Hyundai Palisade and all I ever did was pick up the car from Hyundai. No car customization, overview of features, etc. Lovely experience overall. Hats off to these gentlemen! Only qualm I have is that the coffee station was rather low quality and they don't even offer milk. I don't expect a cafe experience at a car dealership, but the latte was amongst the most disgusting I have ever had. Ended up sticking to water when offered something to drink on subsequent visits. :)

Just have to share what a wonderful experience I had purchasing my new car from here today. My sales person Jason was great from the moment I walked in, super friendly and informative and not pushy at all. And the finance person I delt with, Imad was also great to deal with and took care of everything to make sure I was approved for financing. Outstanding experience with Fahim and Kazem at Kia on Hunt Club! We recently purchased a Kia Niro Wave, and Fahim went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I happened to be on crutches, and Fahim was incredibly accommodating and patient, helping me into and out of our two test drives. He was wonderful with our 7-year-old daughter, sitting in the back during test drives, making her laugh, and likely turning her into a future Kia driver! Additionally, he clearly and concisely walked my wife and me through all the Niro Wave's features, answered all our questions, and made the paperwork and overall buying process straightforward and stress-free. When it came time to finalize the deal, Kazem made what could be an onerous task easy. He was friendly, calm and clear, and he made sure all the 'i's were dotted and 't's were crossed. Fahim and Kazem were fantastic from start to finish. If you’re visiting Kia on Hunt Club, definitely ask for them!
