We recently purchased 2026 Kia Niro Hybrid and the sales agent was Jad Khalife. Our feedback is on the sales service and on the vehicle itself. Jad was an exceptional sales agent in that he has a very natural personable style to allow us, as customers, to communicate easily with him our requirements for the new car. He, in turn, was highly knowledgeable to answer our questions in detail, particularly highlighting the modern safety features of Kia cars. He was also very supportive of carrying forth our request for certain add-on items at reduce costs and ultimately our best affordable offer. We know that the final price decision rests with the management. In our case, as having purchased 5 vehicles with the Dilawri Group (Dodge-Jeep-Chrysler, Hyundai) over the past 20 years, Jad advocated on our behalf as valued repeat customers to the management. Most fortuitously, Mr Dilawri, the owner of the enterprise in Ottawa, was in the Kia sales complex on the day of sale and gave his thumbs-up to the Kia management team and welcomed us! With respect to the Kia Niro Hybrid car itself, although we just have had this car only for 2 days, we know that it drives well and will be reliable well past the decade of use. There are numerous professional and individual postings of feedback on Kia Niro Hybrid on the Internet that highlight its top ranking in terms of sleek design, fuel economy, safety, and user features. We learned that Kia offers one of auto industries' best warranty coverage, especially important for Hybrid/EV technologies. One point of additional benefit to Canadian customers is that with free trade agreement between Canada and Korea, there is no tariff applied to Kia vehicles. All in all, we would like to express our appreciation to Kia sales agent, Jad K and the Dilawri team once again for their excellent and continuing service to our family.

So easy dealing with KIA on Hunt Club and Estevan was AMAZING!

Picking up my brand new car from them today and the service has been excellent thus far. We walked in unannounced just to look a few weeks ago and met Jad, he did a great job at walking us through everything, was very knowledgeable in answering all of our question (on site and afterwards too). We expected to be told a 3-4 month wait after going to a couple other KIA dealers but a mere few weeks after our first visit, here we are picking up our new car. The process was very simple and seamless, best of all we didn’t feel any pressure or push to buy. Jad is calm and cool and was the perfect person to help us through this purchase. Note: The finance guy afterwards was quite pushy about the extended warranty but back off quickly when we were clear with our no.
