Just have to share what a wonderful experience I had purchasing my new car from here today. Outstanding experience with Fahim and Kazem at Kia on Hunt Club!
We recently purchased a Kia Niro Wave, and Fahim went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I happened to be on crutches, and Fahim was incredibly accommodating and patient, helping me into and out of our two test drives.
He was wonderful with our 7-year-old daughter, sitting in the back during test drives, making her laugh, and likely turning her into a future Kia driver! Additionally, he clearly and concisely walked my wife and me through all the Niro Wave's features, answered all our questions, and made the paperwork and overall buying process straightforward and stress-free.
When it came time to finalize the deal, Kazem made what could be an onerous task easy. He was friendly, calm and clear, and he made sure all the 'i's were dotted and 't's were crossed.
