I came into the shop to fix my steering wheel's clunkiness and play while turning. At first, the technician suggested that the issue was the intermediate axle, so we went ahead and start replacing it. After service, issue persisted. Frustrated, I drove back to get it reassessed. The technician said that the steering column needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered oversea which can take several weeks and cost almost 3 grands. The service manager was looking for an alternative part because of the cost and the wait. The team finally did after a week and we scheduled a service appointment free of charge! Even though it takes a bit of time to address the issue, Kia has great customer service.

Leased a 2027 Kia Carnival from Kia on Hunt. Both Estevan and Nima were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Negotiation process was fair and the communication throughout the process of first walking in to pick up to leaving the dealership was great. Both Estevan and Nima were super friendly and although it was Estevan who I worked with on the lease for the vehicle, it was Nima who was there when I picked it up and the process of picking up the vehicle was great. I previously leased a Hyundai Palisade and all I ever did was pick up the car from Hyundai. No car customization, overview of features, etc. Lovely experience overall. Hats off to these gentlemen! Only qualm I have is that the coffee station was rather low quality and they don't even offer milk. I don't expect a cafe experience at a car dealership, but the latte was amongst the most disgusting I have ever had. Ended up sticking to water when offered something to drink on subsequent visits. :)
