This is our second time purchasing from Kia on Hunt Club. Fahim was very helpful and great throughout the sale - shout out to him for answering all our questions and being very informative and kind to the little ones we had to bring along.
Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I was disappointed in the pick up process. This time around, it wasn't confirmed with us that the car would be ready to be picked up on the originally agreed upon date and we didn't receive necessary information about our loan until we were in person - which meant we couldn't actually set up our insurance until we were there in person waiting to drive off the lot. I tried calling a few times but couldn't get ahold of the person they directed me to. This issue did not occur with the new car we bought a few years ago so I hope it was a one off, but it did cause quite a lot of anxiety not knowing if we'd have a car that day!
