Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Abdul and the team at Kia on Hunt Club for their exceptional customer service. I reached out about a BMW they had listed and asked about the battery’s health. Without hesitation, the team went out of their way to arrange the earliest available appointment with BMW to have the battery tested. They kept me informed throughout the process and were genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the vehicle sold before the testing could take place. What impressed me most was that Abdul, the Sales Manager, personally reached out to let me know and offered to help in any way he could. It’s easy to recognize great service when a sale is made, but I think it’s equally important to acknowledge it when there isn’t one. The communication, transparency and genuine effort from this team really stood out. If they had another vehicle that suited my needs, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them. I’d absolutely encourage anyone shopping for a vehicle to give Abdul and the team at Kia on Hunt Club an opportunity to earn their business. Our family recently purchased a vehicle from Fahim at Hunt Club Kia. We had shopped around at a few Kia dealerships in Ottawa and ultimately decided to go with Fahim because we really appreciated his down-to-earth and transparent approach. Car shopping isn't exactly a fun process at the best of times, but Fahim made the whole experience much easier. He was upfront, easy to talk to, and willing to negotiate without all the usual back and forth. We managed to work out a deal within 24 hours, mostly over the phone. Just one visit to sign the paperwork and another to pick up the vehicle. I don't think it could have gone much smoother. We actually had another dealership offer us a price that was a few hundred dollars lower, but decided to stick with Fahim out of respect for how he'd treated us throughout the process. We felt that kind of honesty and good faith was worth something. Overall, a really positive experience and I'd have no hesitation recommending Fahim to anyone looking for a Kia in Ottawa.
