First visit in and ended up purchasing a used car. Estevan was polite, worked hard for us, and walked many a trip to the back office. The full tank of gas cinched it.

We had a great experience with Estevan! He was very informative and helpful but also not pushy or anything. Very relaxed experience compared to other dealerships that we went to check out used vehicles at. We wrote a good review for the sale after making a deal with Estevan. However I had to edit my review after my experience with the financing department. I felt like he scared us into buying the warranty and oil changes for life which ended up costing way more than what I was expecting and adding another year of payments to what I had agreed already with Estevan. I feel like they should have mentioned to me that for the same payment for an extra 2 years I could have been driving a new vehicle. Whatever, I have signed the deal already, my mistake and pick up the vehicle this week but now I feel like this experience has been tainted a bit. Still a nice vehicle, and Estevan was a pleasure to deal with, but it just doesn't sit well with me right now, I regret my decision to purchase from them at the moment and likely will not again in the future. Edited again back to 4 stars, because all people were very nice and helpful, plus in the long run you never know I could end up happy I was able to get the extended warranty
